DRIVERS LICENCE
You must provide a Driver's Licence or State or state-issued ID for all household members age 18 or over.
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
You must provide Social Security Cards or other approved verification (ie: food stamp budget sheet, Medicare card or Income Tax Return) for all household members.
PROOF OF INCOME
1. Last 4 consecutive check stubs.'

UTILITY BILL
1. Utility bills may not exceed prior to six months.

4. If you are seeking assistance for more than one utility vendor (i.e. electricity, gas, and/or propane), both bills must be from the same month.
PROOF OF HOUSING AUTHORITY ALLOWANCE
If you reside in a Housing Authority-funded property, you must provide a copy of your utility allowance worksheet residency. (LIHEAP ONLY)
PROOF OF RESIDENCY
1. This is required if the address on your driver's license or state-issued id does not match the address that is listed on your utility bill.

Emergency Assistance Programs - provides assistance with utilities, rent/mortgage, prescription drugs, must have disconnect, termination of services or eviction notice, high medical bill and some sort of income
Provides assistance with utilities must meet Federal Income Guidelines and have not been assisted in the last 6 months.
Provides assistance with emergency food purchases, must meet Federal Income guidelines, demonstrate a need for food and receive little or no food stamps.
Provides assistance with utilities, rent/mortgage, prescription drugs, must be 60 years or older, meet Federal Income Guidelines and have not been assisted in the the last 6 months.
Provides diapers for infants and adult incontinence supplies
Provides help with utilities-must have disconnect or termination of services notice and have not been assisted in the last 12 months
Seniors receive 40 pounds of food monthly, must be 60 years or older and meet USDA income guildelines.
Receive free counseling the areas of first-time home buyers, budget money management and renter's right.
HiSet is an adult education program where adult learners can earn their GED.
Provides assistance for ATMOS customers, must have a disconnect notice, reduction in income or an increase in necessary expenses. Priority given to the elderly, families with children and persons with disablities.
Provides assistance with online completion for services provided through the Department of Health and Human Services
Free income tax preparation with automatic EITC determination and e-filing for clients earning up to $54,000.00 annually.
Receive food items quarterly (January, April, July and October) and must meet USDA guidelines.
