Cenla CAC’s mission is to serve, train, advocate, and collaborate for low-income residents to reduce poverty and promote economic stability in Rapides Parish.
Cenla Community Action Committee, Inc. (Cenla CAC) is here to help those in need in the Central Louisiana Area. We offer low-income residents the help with their utility bills, rent, food, etc.
Eligibility Guidelines
Eligibility is determined by the guidelines of the program from which services are requested/serves Rapides Parish only with the exception of HUD Counseling and VITA Services
