Cenla CAC’s mission is to serve, train, advocate, and collaborate for low-income residents to reduce poverty and promote economic stability in Rapides Parish.

Cenla Community Action Committee, Inc. (Cenla CAC) is here to help those in need in the Central Louisiana Area. We offer low-income residents help with their utility bills, rent, food, etc.
